It's that time of year again, time for a new anime season. Here's what we're looking at this season.

Oh, also, no more lists (Except for my Recommendation/Watch list), they take to much time, if you guys really want them for the TV season or something else, ask me & I'll add them later.



My Recommendation/What I'll be watching:

• So Ra No Wo To
• Omamori Himari
• Dance in the Vampire Bund
• Ookami Kakushi
• Seikon no Qwaser
• Aki Sora - OVA
• Tokimeki Memorial 4: The First Finder - OVA
• Fate/stay night - Unlimited Blade Works - OVA
• The Disappearance of Haruhi Suzumiya - Movie

In conclusion, it's a slow season, be ready for keeping some of the long running series ready for covering the gaps: Bleach, Naruto - S, FMA-B, InuYasha.

Yeah, doesn't look like that great a season. The only bright spot for me is Nodame Cantabile's final season, as it is one of my favorite series ever. That Qwaser one looked cool, but it lost me at "breast milk." Why is that even remotely necessary?

Hmm. Just Ookami Kakushi and Hidamari Sketch (yay!) catch my eye. Might look into Katanagatari and Omamori Himari if time permits. So Ra No Wo To doesn't strike me as something I'll be keeping an eye on. Maybe Kaito Reinya.

Qwaser!? Breast Milk!? :blink: .... this season eeds more YURI! doesn't look that great of a season...I'll just have to wait if anything of these pop-up in 4chan in the /u/ section...
So Ra No Wo To reminds me of K-ON so I might see that. :3

Huh? Sora no Woto is about a female trumpeters squad, how does that remind you of K-On?

More Yuri, can't you just happy that Sasameki Koto was on last season? I'm just glad they aren't tossing Yaoi left and right. ^_^

The character designs, I suspect. The lead looks suspiciously like Yui. That being said, Sora No Woto isn't very high on my list of shows I need to finish this season.

That being said, I hope Sono Hanabira Ni Kuchizuke Wo gets a non-H, non-OVA series soon. Heck, I'd settle for a fan translation of any of the games.

@Jman: you can never get enough of yuri! :P but sadly its seem you only see full fledged yuri series(and not just subtext!) like Sasameki Koto every once in a while...I'm trying to keep myself busy will the manga chapters of Sasameki Koto for now. Kiddy Girl AND is still not finished with the subbed episodes yet but ep. 6 was hilarious! xD Dia is so MOE!!! :D

I'd catch Ookami Kakushi and Hidamari Sketch for sure, and try out So Ra No Wo To...

Well, I haven't found very many good Yuri titles that'd I'd want to see get a anime. Hmm... Maybe: Girl Friends, Gokujou Drops, Gurenki - Creo the Crimson Crises, & Hayate x Blade (Though really Hayate x Blade doesn't place Yuri as the main theme, it's far more subtle than a Sasameki Koto or Girl Friends, more like a comedy piece than real yuri), possibly Animal Academy (Hakobune Hakusho by Moyamu Fujino), though I guess that'd be more of a very subtle Shoujo-ai title between the main character (Neko Fukuta) and her roommate (Miiko Suzuhara). You could get a good series out of any of those, though Hayate x Blade is the only one you could really go past a 26 episode series with. ^_^

It's sad, this season I'm having to use FMA:B & To Aru Kagaku no Railgun to fill up gaps for this anime season.

Has anyone been as surprised as I am about how good Durarara!! is? It is for some reason, really catchy, at least to me. Check it out.

Also, Seikon no Qwaser is strange, in a weird kind of 'I'll probably keep watching' it way.

Check out Animal Academy (Hakobune Hakusho by Moyamu Fujino), & tell me what you think. I believe this is something that'd be right up your alley, though it's not really Yuri, read the post I had above about yuri titles for a further explanation.

I'm surprised too. The premise of Durarara!! was kinda weird, but I went ahead with it after a friend recommended it and just cause I liked the opening. It's actually good!

Qwaser's getting power from breast milk thing just put me off.

Lol... Yeah, that's kind of a put off for the show I think, but I like a couple of the characters attitudes already, his especially, when he told that one girl off, so I think I may stick with it a couple more ep's to see how it goes.

Yeah, I really think all I'm getting out of this season is Durarara!!
